Category: Program Housing
Program houses were created to make communities within Wesleyan where students can share their common intrests with each other and the campus. There are 25+ program houses on campus. Many program houses are associated with academic or student groups on campus. Each program house creates programs that the whole campus is usually invited to, such as veg out, Cafe Candide, or movie nights. To become a member of a program house you can apply before the GRS (General Room Selection) begins. Each house has their own, individual application and the current members of the house vote on and pick the new members for the next year. Each house is individual and the number of members range from 5 to over 30 people. You cannot live in a program house as a freshman but can visit and become part of the extended community.<http://www.wesleyan.edu/reslife/programhousing/index.html>
